The company controls Fungus Resource Research Institute, a processing factory for the agricultural sideline products, a processing factory for the edible fungus and green wild vegetables, Special Local Bean Vermicelli and Jelly-like Sheet Been Pasta Factory and Flavoring Material Factory. Under the direction of the Institute of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, after the introduction of sexual reproduction technology of fine A9 honey fungus, germinating fungus of small mushroom of dendrobium and gastrodia, the epiphyte resource institute under the company has built up a the largest gastrodia sexual reproduction and breeding of honey fungus production base of northern Sichuan, established of a new operation pattern of “Company + Base + Association + Farmers” and formed solid material bases of Black Fungus, Mushroom, Bamboo Root, Gastrodia, Peppers and other raw materials.

The company has developed the farmers to plant black fungus, 1.2 million bags of mushrooms, 2300 acres of bamboo sprouts, 120,000 kiln of gastrodia, 2500 acres of peppers and 1,200 acres of cowpea and the annual average income of individual farmers has increased. In 2005, the company invested more than RMB 800,000 to introduce 13 new varieties of basswood black fungus and package black fungus seeds from Agricultural University of Central China and the provincial Agricultural University and the Academy of Agricultural Sciences to do the experiment of basswood black fungus improvement and package black fungus demonstration, which will greatly improve the comprehensive utilization of resources and realize the transformation from ecological agriculture to efficient agriculture.
